Mr. Graham is in the U.S. Navy Reserve and has served in the Navy for more than 18 years. Previously, he worked as a professional engineer for Abbott Labs and senior project manager for FH Paschen. He was injured in 2003 in Iraq. In 2009, he decided to open a general contracting company, It is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that primarily works on federal projects.
