She became involved in her profession when she was hired as lead project manager and worked her way up.
Extended Bio Profile:
There are three major divisions at Hewitt. Ms. Martin is part of the large markets implementations division which is the largest segment of revenue for Hewitt. There are 20 project managers that are responsible for individual projects and she is accountable for delivering all for P and L growth and for guaranteeing high client satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, she deals with 20 to 25 different implementation projects and a team that are all highly competent in project management discipline. She is also leading an initiative to try to influence project management broader than individual business, initiatives that focus on enhancing overall business success leveraging project management disciplines throughout. She is leading initiative for Hewitt University to try to collect various different ways to use project management across the entire company and synthesize the information to try to put in a place that can be leveraged across the business.
