Dr. Bethel is the author of multiple published articles on third-culture kids. She co-authored a chapter on “Wrestling with Race and Class in Post-Katrina New Orleans” in the report to Mayor Nagin’s Bring Back New Orleans Commission: An Alternative Vision for Rebuilding, Redevelopment & Reconstruction.

Her clients include Bexar County, City of San Antonio, PCI, Inc. Headstart, and the U.S. Army.
