He became involved in his profession right out of college; he worked for Boeing for 25 years and developed expertise in facility management.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Walker has been with Linc Facilities Services since October 2010. His accomplishments during this time include successfully transitioning site startup activities to sourced responsibility, managing the transition schedule and meeting incentive performance targets. Prior to joining Linc, he was employed with Spirit AeroSystems, from June 2005 to October 2010 in Wichita, Kan., as a facility manager. He previously spent 25 years with Boeing. Mr. Walker and his wife, Cathy, have four adult children and two grandchildren, and enjoy gardening and traveling.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Directing comprehensive facilities maintenance service for company client Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, including
operations and maintenance program, project management, metrology, and custodial activities, at both Savannah and Brunswick, Ga. facilities; Directing 340 full-time employees; Holding profit and loss responsibility for $75 million account
