Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
she is a certified ceramic instructor and she taught for approx 18 years in her own shop and at 2 senior centers in two different counties, after standing on her feet for those 18 years, she needed to have a career change making her life easier. This job opportunity came available, she took it and later was able to close her ceramic shop. she continues to take classes on public housing to further her knowledge.

Currently, expanded her scope of services to the residents along with other repsonisiblities she previously maintained.
Previously, Assisting tenants; Working with agencies that provide services for public housing residents; Processing applications for housing; Maintaining the waiting list; Mediating neighborhood issues; Inspecting properties; Overseeing fundraising activities for residents
