Ms. Palmer formerly served in the U.S. armed forces. She served two tours in Iraq on various Operation Iraqi Freedom missions. She was born and raised in the Virgin Islands.

Managing the organization's daily operations; Developing programs; Organizing health seminars; Bringing outreach programs to lower income areas; Raising funds for free breast cancer screenings for women and educational resources to educate women and teens on the importance of breast examinations; Focusing her current work on single mothers in areas of poverty
