Ms. Copeland has worked in a variety of industries because she has many different interests. She previously owned and operated a successful sign shop for 18 years, and recently began working as a real estate investor. In 1998, Ms. Copeland founded a nonprofit therapeutic riding center called Hopes, Dreams and Horses.
