What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to being determined from the beginning, her dedication, love for learning, hard work, passion for education and helping others in career planning. She also credits her children, grandmother, and parents' support, and most of all, her strength from God.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after she started working for the ATI College, especially with at risk students trying to obtain their GED and counseling the students to develop a balance life with proactive set goals. She quickly discovered that helping these students were gratifying.

Dr. Hamilton also teaches conflict and dispute resolution in the behavioral sciences, health care and management department, as well as negotiation, organizational leadership and business management courses at the University of the Rockies, South University, Trident University International and a few others.
