Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he was motivated by his father, who was a pastor at the church, and wanted him to join in his ministry in order to take Bethel Baptist Institutional Church to the next level, spiritually and economically.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing a congregation of 12,000 members and a staff of 65; Hiring and administrating staff; Developing vision for the church for spiritual growth and economic development; Conducting worship services; Visiting the sick in hospitals; Preaching and vision-casting to the people in order for them to hone spirituality outside the church

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Rev. McKissick hopes to offer his religious services in more locations, and aspires to open a school and establish several businesses including condos, pharmacies and restaurants, and help others who are interested in starting businesses as well.
