Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Campo-Goldman has taught restorative justice to the juvenile justice system in Colombia. The Harmony Development Center works with approximately 800 juveniles per year, and 95 percent of these children do enter the juvenile justice system again.

Receiving referrals from the police department, schools and the state attorneys office; Conducting interventions to prevent at-risk youth from following a path of delinquency, crime and substance abuse; Implementing restorative justice
