Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she is an artist who was once pursuing an art degree. After having her second child, she became ill and while staying in a hospital, she was fascinated by her recovery. She decided to change her major to become a nurse. After spending a short time as a nurse, she moved into home care. This was a great transition for her because it offered flexible hours and allowed her to be there for her small children.

Ms. Wilson has been with Senior Home Care, Inc., for nine years and was promoted to her current position in April 2011. She has worked as a leader in the home health industry for 20 years. She is passionate about this area of care because it helps the senior population remain independent in the home environment for as long as possible.
