Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was a high school English teacher and at age of 34 she saw her body. Her daughters took her to an aerobics class and that's how it all started.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Focusing on specialty with seniors; Providing programs like yoga and Pilates; Teaching ageless grace, which promotes cognitive function through body movement; Working with whole body vibrations; Giving workshops accredited by the American Council on Exercise; Traveling to facilities as a consultant to help people set up programs; Working with Miami Dade police department, Miami State Attorney's department; Working for the government of Curacao in Netherlands and Belize
