The highlights of her career span her entire career. She is often struck by the level of positive impact a simple change can make in efficiency and level of output - and quality of work life. Being able to quickly identify areas of need and address them by creating and implementing changes is very gratifying. Being recognized for this continuous level of effort over the course of her career is evidenced by the awards she has received.
