Throughout the duration of your career, what was the one highlight that stood out the most?:
One particular case was that of a women that was carjacked downtown. She was raped and strangled, and her body was dumped out into a field. The suspect stole her vehicle and traded it for drugs. The vehicle was later recovered and transported to the Police Impound lot. Ms. Livengood was asked by the lead detective to process the vehicle for evidence. Ms. Livengood recovered 10 latent fingerprints, four of which belonged to career criminals, including the suspect. After the trial was over, the family of the victim gave a press conference at the police department. During that time the mother also gave Ms. Livengood a hug and thanked her for her role in catching the suspect.
