She became involved in the profession because of her passion to help the human condition and to share her personal knowledge.

She aspires to create teaching strategies for younger teachers to model in their classrooms. She is also a concert pianist and award-winning artist. She recently created more than 14 different compositions on notecards using her watercolor artwork. The cards are availabe in various stores throughout the United States.
