She attributes her success to her creativity and hard work.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she started studying behavioral science and psychology, but her parents were entrepreneurs, and she was raised with business thinking. She knew she belonged in business and she met a professor in human resources, which she saw as marriage between psychology and business. At Globehopper, she also fulfills her entrepreneurial need instilled in by her parents. Her testing in school showed her to be a self-starter and not afraid to take risks.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Crenshaw is a vice president of human resources with Burger King Corporation, supporting the North America business region from their world headquarters in Miami, Fla. There are 7,500 franchises in the United States and Canada.

She is also an entrepreneur, as co-owner of GlobeHopper Coffeehouse & Lounge in Richmond, Va. Ms. Crenshaw has owned Globehopper for four years. The coffeehouse seats 50 and is an independent that serves homemade soup and sandwiches, wine, beers, specialties, and pastries. She is building up the coffee culture in the community, and the lounge is known as a neighborhood gathering place that offers free WiFi and has a beautiful outdoor patio. It offers entertainment such as poetry readings, book clubs and independent musicians with no cover.
