She was also the chairwoman of the Economic Development Corporation called Grand Avenue, which is an organization that provides shelter and training for the homeless. CuraScript offers hands-on, clinical services and care for patients that have rare and debilitating diseases. They emphasize the importance of patient care and quality customer service. Patients will have access to a team of specialists, including pharmacists, nurse clinicians, social workers, patient-care coordinators and reimbursement specialists, who will work closely with them and their physician throughout the course of therapy. CuraScript also provides an on-call pharmacist 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They have more than 2,500 staff and are headquartered in Orlando, Florida. In addition to the dispensing facility in Orlando, they have a network of satellite distribution pharmacies to serve all patients' needs.
