Planning strategy; Managing people; Dealing with five neighborhoods in the urban core of Missouri City that have suffered in the last 40 years; Working with the neighborhoods toward energy efficiency and environmental conservation; Trying to improve the situation by bringing resources and connections to improve the quality of life
