He became involved in his profession after conducting research studies in education teaching and learning field from 2002 through 2006 in India.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Sheth has served clients in India, Bangladesh, Kenya and U.S., in diverse industries like pharmaceuticals, engineering, textiles and the development planning sector. He holds experience in project report preparation, project implementation management, and technology sourcing and marketing the same, project proposals preparation for turn-key projects in the area of chemical, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors, supervising and monitoring a team of 30 consultants, working on various projects management-monitoring assignments. One of the major areas Mr. Sheth worked on was revival of sick small-scale industries, and turn around assignments for small businesses. As a contractor in marketing consulting, he worked as the overall sales team in charge for a pharmaceutical company, its infrastructure consisted of one sales manager, two sales supervisor, 30 sales representatives, where he developed, established and monitored direct-marketing and sales set-up for ready-to-cook consumer products in Gujarat region, including monitoring 15 representatives; and he created, trained and monitored a team of 50 promotion sales representatives. This infrastructure was later used for short-term promotion of various consumer products. Mr. Sheth has 10 years of experience in the human resources area, which consisted of recruiting technical and executives at middle level and high level for the client companies for five years, as well as recruiting the personnel for the purpose of deputation to client companies for three years; the industries included chemical, fertilizers, vitamin manufacturing and pharmaceutical. This also included developing and refining recruitment policies for the client companies. In addition, he engaged in the functions of recruiting, training and monitoring consultants for his division for 10 long years. Mr. Sheth has more than 35 years of professional experience; he has been with Progressive Talents Inc., for last two years.
