Mr. Sheth has served clients in India, Bangladesh, Kenya and U.S., in diverse industries like pharmaceuticals, engineering, textiles and the development planning sector. He holds experience in project report preparation, project implementation management, and technology sourcing and marketing the same, project proposals preparation for turn-key projects in the area of chemical, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors, supervising and monitoring a team of 30 consultants, working on various projects management-monitoring assignments. One of the major areas Mr. Sheth worked on was revival of sick small-scale industries, and turn around assignments for small businesses. As a contractor in marketing consulting, he worked as the overall sales team in charge for a pharmaceutical company, its infrastructure consisted of one sales manager, two sales supervisor, 30 sales representatives, where he developed, established and monitored direct-marketing and sales set-up for ready-to-cook consumer products in Gujarat region, including monitoring 15 representatives; and he created, trained and monitored a team of 50 promotion sales representatives.
