Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because it is mix use, which is part retail and part office. She began in retail property management as a transition from retail management. When she started her family, it made more sense in terms of working hours, so it was a natural transition.

Managing shopping centers and mixed use properties; Handling the operations, tenant liaison and community relations
