Mr. Noonan began working with AWARE Inc. in 1988, when it was comprised of 12 staff members and produced a revenue of about $500,000. At the time, it served only 23 people. Today, the company has a staff of 1,400 individuals, who serve several thousands of people and contribute to revenue that ranges between $30 million and $35 million.
