Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing pharmaceutical and medical device litigation; Overseeing preclinical and clinical trial development; Managing data safety monitoring board activities, including drug labeling, promotions, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and patient privacy issues; Reviewing clinical data; Acquiring approval from the Food and Drug Administration and European Medicines Agency for new molecular entities or line extensions; Managing data disclosure obligations, study subject compensation issues, informed consent and payment to physician regulations; Preparing witnesses
