Growing up with 2 military parents, they thought her to always do the right thing, in the right way for the right reasons will always achieving excellence. Hard work and being of service to others. Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing the management and staff development initiatives for 110 employees overseas including the federal government's real estate property portfolio in more than 100 countries; Assisting other countries with ongoing economic growth and development. (Retired) Currently works as the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) Coordinator focusing on Human Rights within developing countries. In Addition, Ms. Salamanca is a Consultant for the FatoorGroup in Alexandria, VA working on developing assistance programs, security related construction, staff augmentation and new business development.
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Salamanca hopes to retire from the federal government and become a private consultant in energy, and economic performance.
