She attributes her the manager she had at her last job at Yale. She pushed her to do things and trusted her enough to give her the role of Charge Nurse .
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in the profession because she had a women she used to babysit for that was a nurse. She ended being a huge inspiration for her which motivated her to go into the profession.
