She became involved in her profession after initially being inspired by the intriguing descriptions of the culture of the people of Etruria found in “Etruscan Places,” by D.H. Lawrence.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms.Ana Maria Rollins is an accomplished artist and pianist, who is constantly learning, studying and performing. She is passionate about music and art, in particular the history behind the Vatican Etruscan tomb paintings. History records little of the Etruscans’ brief passage through time, but they are believed to have understood physical death as the transformation to a new life. Ms.Ana Maria Rollins uses this inspiration to awaken the spirit of new life and joy and she participates in the events of their lives through her paintings.

She has recently opened her collection to developing partnerships with select licensees and manufacturers who are interested in establishing a showcase of unique inspired works of art. Etruscan Elegance currently welcomes licensees and manufacturers in the following categories: fine art, collectibles, jewelry, home decor and accessories, greeting cards and calendars. Second Place, Outstanding American Artist Ana Maria has exhibited one-woman painting shows throughout the East Coast. Her batik and oil paintings reside with patrons and clients throughout the United States and Canada. She has received competitive awards for her artistic work in diverse media. She attended the University of Chicago, Parsons School of Design, and the Julliard School of Music and Arts. She is a member of the Scriabin and Lechitesky piano societies of Manhattan, New York. Ana Maria presided over the former French River Corporation and in 2009 was recognized by “Cambridge Who’s Who.” In 2010 she also received the National and International VIP of the Year award for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of business management. The National Association of Professional Women has recognized Ana Maria's artistic contribution and she has been welcomed as the Connecticut representative for the national organization.
