She attributes her success to her family, a teacher who inspired her, being open to exploring all kinds of opportunities for self-expression, and mentoring relationships to use her talents and gifts.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she is connected with her business partner Ken Green, who has a lot of media experience. He came up with the idea for a hybrid film, part documentary, about the character of a man who wanted to academically look at the dying process, and ask very important questions. In the course of making the documentary, he loses a daughter in an accident, and is diagnosed with a terminal illness. It deals with looking at the unfinished business of life, trying to deliver information about what it is to face into death, and also talking about this man's experience, facing his grief, and then his own mortality.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Dunbrack is currently working with National Health Organization in London on the project, but it is in the early stages. She has a co-producer in London. After many years of working in the hospice world, providing direct care to the dying and grief counseling for families, she decided to share the profound lessons of loss as opportunities for growth and healing through various media projects.

She is largely based on being an assemblage artist for 15 years. Her area of expertise is connecting the dots, finding ways for people to open up and talk about deeper issues, and through process of drawing people out and telling their stories, making connections, truly letting people connect organically. She considers herself a weaver, alchemist, the experience of being with the unknown, opening a space of mystery to see what might emerge, and to see what enrichment can come to the audience.

Ms. Dunbrack worked in a hospice for seven years, owned a restaurant for three years in 1980s, was in the newspaper and advertising business for four years, ran a screen-printing business, and was an artist from 1993-2005. She is a student of Dan Brown from the Maha Mudra School of Tibetan Buddhism.

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Dunbrack wants to produce the film and connect the dots with spiritual organizations working with end-of-life care, medical professionals and health care system. She wants to create bridges for the key stakeholders in place and provide support for individuals and families facing terminal illness and death. She wants to connect with religious, spiritual and financial organizations, and with experts in all of these areas to bring this topic out of the closet. She also aspires to work with families who have lost children, grief counselors, and care providers.
