My success is due to continuing to grow by accepting new roles to enhance my overally breadth of experience. This has been key to my success both in Manufacturing and in Software industries.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
Started my career as a Manufacturing Engineer as my undergraduate degree was in Industrial Engineering. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations wer part of my role at numerous companies, which led to working directly for a software company as a consultant perfoming Manufacturing/Supply Chain implementations. From there, I have gained broad experience by working in numerous roles in leading software and technology companies.

Ms. Swanke has worked in roles across software organizations for the past 15 years including Consultant, Client Manager, Product Launch, Marketing, Product/Solution Management, Solution Engineering, and Industry Principal.
Prior to the software industry, she worked for 10 years in various roles at manufacturing companies including Operations Manager, Engineering and Quality Manager, Production Planning Manager, Materials Manager, Manufacturing Engineering.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Ms. Swanke currently supports Process Industries by defining strategy and business development activities, providing sales support, leading marketing events, developing content, and enabling partners.
