Mr. Sorensen has been featured in many local newspapers and news programs. He has been raising a specific type of turkey on his farm since 2003 and has written pamphlets on the history of turkey. He takes pride in stating that in 2003 he owned six of the turkey pairs among the only 60 known pairs in existence.
