She became involved in her profession because the resort management and vacation rental & HOA Management business affords her the opportunity to utilize all areas of her expertise, from customer service, sales, operations to account analysis/management.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Preston had a position as a business-marketing consultant and director of project management and new business development for a large company in Australia; she achieved this position based on her entrepreneurial venture, vision and problem-solving expertise. In addition, she was a co-owner of an international real estate development company; project manager for a property management company; and coached small businesses owners in leadership and team-building skills. Her experience also includes working for two major financial institutions as vice president, regional sales manager developing sales staff and winning numerous sales and recognition awards. And most important, she created an important marketing and service esprit de corps among the staff and coworkers. She is also a speaker, trainer and writer in the field of emotional intelligence and small business management.
