He became involved in his profession because of his family background in the construction industry.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Kempton received two medals from the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force for participating in lead certification design in building March Air Force Base. He is experienced in project and organizational management, contract administration, as well as cost and schedule controls in both government and commercial construction, nationally and internationally. He is now teaching Project management at Westwood College.

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Mr. Kempton hopes to be teaching sustainable engineering in Costa Rica, in association with the United Nations College of Peace. He also intends to pursue a Ph.D. in international relations.
