Ms. Neilland is proud to help make the impossible happen. In addition to managing OneMama, Inc., she is a coach for the SER Consulting Company, and the founder and managing director for ShaBoom, a privately held cosmetics company.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing Fundraising, Coordinating Medical Kits for Delivery to Uganda, Opening Clinics around the World for the Prevention of Infant and Mother Mortality during Births, Acting as the Organization's Managing Director and Staffing Consultant
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Neilland hopes to open 250 clinics in impoverished communities worldwide and help OneMama, Inc. become recognized as an international charity.
