Overseeing the operations of the business; Designing and manufacturing footwear that empowers young girls, ages 8 to 18, to feel good about themselves; Designing and building a line; Handling the marketing and public relations; Consulting and advising; Planning business strategies; Supporting and inspiring art in young girls, through the hosting of art exhibits, art contests, art scholarships and other opportunities in the world of art
