She attributes her success to her natural drive to want to organize and make things successful and her father, who was an inspiration to her. They were different personalities, but the same at-large person. He taught her to see ahead to the end result and then figure out how to get there. The word "cannot" was never an option to her; her motto was "Where there is a will, there is a way."
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession through her electrical engineering background. She eventually moved to program management.

Overseeing all of the deployment operations including 50 projects; Managing electric goods

In five years, Ms. Lacey hopes to continue in her current position. She also aspires to get her master's black belt.
