Captain Coats grew up in a small town in Kentucky and has since experienced the world through international travel. She has worked in the civilian sector in health care administration, while in the military she focuses more on human resources and is faced with more regulations. Captain Coats is being deployed to Afghanistan in the Fall of 2011.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing personnel matters for soldiers; Processing transfers, payments, promotions, demotions, schooling and vacations; Medically preparing units for mobilization and deployment
