She became involved in her profession through her tribe.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Hayward is also a secretary for the Winn River Casino. Additionally, she owns a monitoring company called K C Wintu Cultural Resources. Her monitoring company oversees various construction sites to ensure Native American sacred and burial sites are not being disturbed or dug up. She loves her native people and does everything she can to take care of them, as well as all people in general. She learned this from her husband and relatives, who were the same way and were always helping others.
