She attributes her success to her tenacity, loving to learn and knowing that it takes a learning curve to understand how digital technology can be a help for a variety of industries, and understanding the chemistry that is involved with making the right fluids.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was first in the photography field in fine art reproduction, and it was very limited as to materials that could be obtained at the time. She wanted to get more of an opportunity to grow, so she got involved with digital printing and has progressed ever since.
Extended Bio Profile:
As an art major, Ms. Witte struggled to find success in the business world until she brought those two worlds together. She was a partner in a company called Bishop Street Press.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Interacting between the research and development department and the end customer, whether that be corporate identities or the end users; Understanding the needs of the customers, from internal operations to the applications for which the ink will be used
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Witte plans to be branching out to have greater responsibilities to the environment and to being able to match fluids to meet the needs for more projects in each of the individual industries.
