He became involved in his profession through his background in the military, fire service and other operations around the world combined with a disciplined study of human behavior and performance. Mr. Banman works to build a new vision for how people recognize, think, act and perform in their respective stress-based environments.

Mr. Banman maintains 20 years of operational experience in multiple high-stress/high-risk environments. He has served as an operational trainer directly supporting a multitude of counter-terrorism and special mission requirements. He has combined his experience in the military, fire service and operations with the U.S. Government with significant research and study of human behavior patterns in high-stress environments. Leveraging this knowledge enables him to bring new insight to all levels of training and operational development for a wide breadth of professions and personal performance improvement.
