As chief executive officer, Mr. Frechette leads the company's corporate strategy, growth and leadership upon which Land Interests services, expertise and commitment to operational excellence are based. He is a highly regarded real estate, operations and finance professional who has become known for his strategic and innovative insight. As a fiduciary to many of the nation's largest financial institutions, Mr. Frechette has been directly responsible for the management, optimization and disposition of real estate assets totaling more than $2 billion. Prior to founding Land Interests, he lead the regional land acquisition, forward planning and project management efforts for a top 20 private and public developer; where he managed assets responsible for generating in excess of $1 billion in revenue.
