Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after completing undergraduate schooling. The top students in Arizona were invited to participate in an exclusive legislative internship program, and she spent her last school semester with the Arizona State Legislature. She fell in love with policy work, and was invited to remain with the organization after the internship. She stayed for five years. In 2005, while she was working with the DCI Group, she put together an off-site team, began researching different programs, and recruited a leadership development coach from New York. Ms. Grier was inspired by her coaching techniques and decided to obtain her own coaching credentials.
