She became involved in her profession because she always liked working with people. She volunteered as a candy striper for the American Red Cross and decided to pursue a career in the medical field.

Checking on patients; Taking care of procedures; Following up with appointments; Ordering supplies; Keeping a budget; Scheduling templates; Running the clinic on a day-to-day basis; Leading staff members; process improvements.
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Nutter would like to be the manager of a small clinic; she likes health care and loves working with people. She also likes making a difference, and would welcome that opportunity.
