She became involved in her profession because ever since she was a child, she wanted to be nurse. She believes that this vocation represents her life's calling.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervising the nightly nursing staff of up to 50 employees per night to include obtaining new medications for patients, central supply items, and previous medical records for review; Conducting audits of patient records for completeness; Staffing the hospital's day shifts; Training and teaching nurses; Compiling daily staffing sheets from unit schedules.
