She became involved in her profession through her ex-husband, who was always interested in and took vitamins and supplements. There was a local vitamin shop up for sale, they purchased and it prospered. They are now divorced and she runs the store.

Ms. Kopf always has a desire to help people, and enjoys discovering a natural way to accomplish her goals. She believes in a lifestyle that returns people to the simple basics of what God has put on this Earth. She enjoys researching the root of the problem rather than just addressing the symptom. More importantly, she encourages others to take their health back into their own hands and become independent.
