Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Khatib has been a teacher, administrator, and a curriculum coordinator for K-12. She was the director of educational technology for Chinook’s Edge School Division and vice-principal for the Red Deer Catholic Regional Division and Chinook’s Edge School Division. She is the president of ICTS Corporation as well as an educational consultant. Ms. Khatib has implemented large scale projects such as: video conferencing, Google for education, SMART interactive whiteboards, learning guides K-9 and curriculum correlations.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Dealing with technology in a wide variety of ways; Creating technical applications for education; Overseeing cross curriculum and correlation of curriculum to media; Implementing smart technology and smart board video conferencing; Acting as a director of the educational technology school division for 44 different sites
