Dr. Haak brought in over $1 million in contracts during her first year at Discovery Logic, Inc. She was the staff officer for five National Academies reports, has authored 10 peer-reviewed scientific research papers, written and edited more than 50 scientific workforce news articles and has been a guest speaker at over 15 scientific workforce presentations. She has also instructed two courses, and organized eight science and workforce policy meetings.
