What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
Mr. Archer-Watters' determination, love for his profession and his career history make him stand out among his peers. His belief that ballet is about inclusion and making all those who pursue it feel welcome at the table is a principle he attempts to adhere to every day. He believes that ballet is not elitist, but an art form everyone can enjoy because everyone dances. He hopes that through finding humor in dance he can inspire people to try traditional dance performances.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Mr. Archer-Watters' greatest career achievement was being featured on the 'Dance Magazine' cover page. He also considers being invited to dance to "The Swan" by Camille Saint-Saëns in the Institute of Ideas weekend-long series called the "Battle of Ideas" to be a tremendous honor. In terms of his fund raising career, he feels having opened the first development office for Les Ballets Grandiva to be his greatest achievement.
Highlight of career?:
The highlights of his career include being featured on the cover of Dance Magazine and being selected by the director of the Fort Worth Ballet to learn the role of Phlegmatic in George Balanchine's ballet 'The Four Temperaments' in 1991.

He became involved in his profession when he met the ballet master of Les Ballets Grandiva, Paul Boos, who encouraged him to start dancing professionally again.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Archer-Watters learned 13 new ballets in eight weeks when he joined Les Ballets Grandiva. He went on to perform them on a three month, 40 city, 60 performance tour of Japan. He was also featured on the cover of Dance Magazine for the November 2005 issue as well as the May 2006 issue of DDD Magazine.
