A pivotal point in Ms. Jamison's career occurred when she realized just how important her position as the records retention center coordinator is. This was because of an article published in the company newsletter where she was mentioned as the person to contact with all questions and concerns. Since that article she has been in charge of records retention for her corporate office and other facilities in the United States. This experience made Ms. Jamison become a more outspoken and visible person both at work and in her personal life.
